Joseph Kenny is an Associate with the firm practicing in the areas of general Civil Litigation. Joseph works closely with Anthony S. Battaglia, Founder and Chairman of the Board, Stephen Wein, Vice President and Treasurer of the firm and Timothy Weber, Shareholder.
Joseph graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law receiving the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in trial advocacy, and the Suzanne Armstrong Award for excellence in legal writing.
While attending law school, Joseph was a member of the Stetson Law Review and competed on the Stetson Moot Court board. In addition, Joseph served as a Teaching Fellow for the research and writing department.
Before attending law school, Joseph earned his B.A. and M.B.A. at the University of South Florida and worked as the Director of Strategic Development at a commercial equipment financing firm based in Tampa.
Joseph is a native of Brooklyn, New York and currently resides in Tarpon Springs with his wife and two daughters.
Mr. Kenny is a member of the Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Bar and District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
