Timothy W. Weber is a shareholder of the firm practicing in the areas of criminal law, civil and commercial litigation, and appellate law. His criminal practice involves representation of defendants in State and Federal courts at the trial stage and in post-conviction motions and appeals. He has handled complex civil and commercial litigation in State, Federal and Bankruptcy courts, and prosecuted and defended appeals from those and other matters. He also has developed expertise in corporate and banking law.
Mr. Weber graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, with Honors, in 1996 where he was Vice-Chancellor of the Student Honor Court and a teaching assistant in Appellate Practice. In 1993, Mr. Weber received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Florida where he majored in Food and Resource Economics, minored in Business Administration, and served as President of his college's Student Council, as Treasurer of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity, and as a student Senator representing the College of Agriculture. He was a member of the University's prestigious leadership honorary, Florida Blue Key, as well as Golden Key National Honor Society, Gamma Sigma Delta, and other academic honoraries.
